Four things carry your event rather than ours, and all four are designed before the day.
- Custom overlay
- The frame or graphic on every photo, GIF and Boomerang your guests take away, designed for your event. Longer packages include a second design, so an evening can change look partway through.
- Welcome screen
- What guests see before they start. Names, the date, the theme — matched to the overlay so the whole thing reads as one piece.
- Themed details
- Curated props come with every package. From four hours up, custom themed prop signs are made for your event specifically.
- Backdrops
- A solid-color backdrop is included from three hours up, in a color chosen to suit your event. Custom printed and themed backdrops can be added.

What to expect.
- We arrive early
- Setup and breakdown happen around your event, and neither counts against your booked booth hours.
- Someone stays
- An on-site Full Scene attendant is there for the whole booking — keeping the props tidy, helping anyone who needs it, and making sure nothing about the experience needs your attention.
- Everyone leaves with the photos
- Guests send their photos, GIFs and Boomerangs to themselves at the booth, and every capture lands in an online gallery you can share for 30 days afterwards.

How far in advance can I book?
We accept bookings up to 12 months ahead. Dates are held on a first-come basis and weekends go first.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, based on availability — including same-week. Events booked within 72 hours are subject to a $75 rush fee, and custom design work may be limited on short notice.
Does setup count against my event time?
No. Setup and breakdown do not count against your reserved booth hours. We target arriving about an hour before your scheduled start.
Is an attendant included?
Yes, in every package. An on-site Full Scene attendant is there for the whole booking — keeping props tidy, helping guests and making sure nothing needs your attention.
Can you come to my venue?
Almost certainly — we cover Atlanta, Metro Atlanta and South Metro Atlanta. Anything further out is quoted before you book, never added afterwards.
How do guests get their photos?
From the booth, in seconds — guests send their photos, GIFs and Boomerangs to themselves on the spot. Every capture also lands in an online gallery you can share after the event.
When is my date actually reserved?
When your booking agreement is completed and the required retainer is paid. Submitting an availability request does not hold the date.
Can the booth be used outdoors?
Yes, with overhead cover and a level, dry spot for the booth. We confirm the setup with you before the event; the weather terms are in the booking policies.
How long is my gallery available?
Your online event gallery stays available for 30 days after the event, and every photo in it can be downloaded.
Can I add more time during the event?
Where the schedule allows, yes. Event-day extensions are $125 per hour and are paid before the extra time begins. An additional hour added when you book is $100.
