They are not the same as our booking policies, and they are not the same as the client service agreement you sign when you book. A confirmed booking is governed by that signed agreement.
Using this site
This website is provided for information about Full Scene Experiences and our event experiences. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Availability is not confirmed until we confirm it
Nothing on this website is an offer to book, and submitting a request through it does not reserve a date. Your date is reserved when your booking agreement is completed and the required retainer is paid. Until then the date remains available to others.
Packages and pricing
Package contents, add-on rates and prices shown here apply to bookings made on the terms in effect at the time of booking. Prices and inclusions may change, and the site may be updated at any time. What governs your event is the agreement you sign, not the version of this page you happened to read.
Intellectual property
The Full Scene Experiences name, logo, wordmark, site design, copy, photographs and custom design work are our property or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Product and platform names belonging to others are the property of their owners.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it, attempt to gain access you are not entitled to, scrape or harvest content, use the site to send unsolicited messages, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links and services
This site links to other websites, including our social media profiles, and uses third-party services for enquiries, payments and analytics. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, or that it will always be available.
Limitation of liability
