Legal
Privacy policy.
What we collect when you enquire about an event, why we collect it, and who else sees it.
Information you give us
We collect what you choose to send us. When you check your date or contact us about an event, that usually means your name, email address and phone number, your preferred way of being contacted, and details about the event itself — the date, the type of occasion, the start time, an estimated guest count, the venue name and its address or city and state, which experience you are interested in, and anything you add in your own words.
If you go on to book, we collect what is needed to deliver the event, which may include design details you send us for your overlay, welcome screen, prop signage or booth-front branding, and any files you upload for that purpose.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
- To check availability and prepare a quote
- To communicate with you about your event
- To manage your booking and prepare your experience
- To provide the service on the day
- To process payments through a third-party payment provider
- To operate and improve this website
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are submitted to that provider and are not stored by Full Scene Experiences. The provider handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Service providers
We use third-party services to run the business, and information you give us may be handled by them on our behalf. The categories are:
- a customer relationship and workflow platform, which holds enquiries, bookings, agreements and invoices
- website hosting
- email and text-message delivery
- payment processing
- website analytics
We share information with these providers only so they can perform those functions for us. We may also share information where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
Marketing
If you ask us about an event, we will reply about that event. We will not add you to a marketing list without your agreement, and any marketing message we do send will include a way to stop receiving them.
Photographs from your event
Photographs, GIFs and Boomerangs captured at your event are delivered to your guests and to your online gallery. We will not use images from your event in our own marketing without your permission.
Your online gallery
Your event gallery is available for 30 days after the event. Ask us if you need it kept open longer or taken down sooner.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as we need it to run the business and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies; the site still works if you do.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Guests of any age may of course use the booth at an event you book.
Your choices
Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.

A note on scope
This is website privacy language written to match how the business actually operates today. It is not legal advice. If the business later adds a service, a platform or a marketing channel that handles personal information differently, this page needs updating to match.
